- Then choose the booking option as outlined.
- Then choose an arrival and finish time.
- After entering your details if you have any requests such as high chair etc, please make these in the “Special Requests ” box.
- Changes can be made to your booking using the link in your orginal booking confirmation email.
- Confimation emails from (isaacsonthequay@partners.collinsbookings.com) are almost immediate , please check your spam or junk folder. If confirmation email is not recieved please email team@isaaclord.org with name of booking & date using the email you want the confirmation sent to.
- Any bookings cancelled due to bad weather or other imposed restrictions will be cancelled automatically by us. Late cancellations fees will not be charged in this instance, except bookings fees if applicable.

Dome booking options
We now have more flexable booking options available to book.
Enjoy a meal or drink in one of our domes. There are different options available, each listed below. Please note, our domes comfortably seat six guests and all are wheelchair accessible. Please indicate any “Special Requests” such as a highchair etc at the beginning of the booking process.
OPTION 1 Breakfast in a dome – available seven days a week with a minimum spend of £55.00
OPTION 2 Peak hire – Enjoy exclusive use of a dome. Our peak hire is classed as the following:

- Friday, Saturday from 7:00 pm, customers can enjoy from 3 to 4.5 hours exclusive use of one of our domes for a minimum spend of £35 per hour or part of.
OPTION 3 Off-Peak hire – Enjoy one to three hours of exclusive use of one of our domes. Available seven days a week (excluding Friday and Saturday evenings), with a minimum spend of £25.00 per hour.
IMPORTANT
- To use a dome, a minimum spend applies as stated, this can include food & drinks, drinks only, or food only. There is no additional hire charge.
- For dome bookings, the lead bookers card will be authenticated to the value of the minimum spend.
- No monies are taken and will not impact your card credit limit. We will only use this authentication in the event of a no show, late cancellation or to collect the balance of the minimum spend in the case of domes , if not collected on the day of the booking.
- Customers will therefore be expected to pay for all their food and drinks either via www.isaacs.pub or via card terminal on the day of booking. We do not accept cash.
