  • Please choose the number of guests and date first.
  • Then, choose your arrival and finish time.
  • After entering your details, if you have any requests such as a high chair etc, please make these in the “Special Requests ” box.
  • Changes can be made to your booking using the link in your original booking confirmation email.
  • Confirmation emails from  (isaacsonthequay@partners.collinsbookings.com) are almost immediate, please check your spam or junk folder. If a confirmation email is not received, please email team@isaaclord.org with the name of the booking & date using the email you want the confirmation sent to.
  • Any bookings cancelled due to bad weather or other imposed restrictions will be cancelled automatically by us. Late cancellation fees will not be charged in this instance, except booking fees, if applicable.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks in one of our domes.

Please note our domes comfortably seat six guests, and all are wheelchair accessible. Please indicate any “Special Requests” such as a highchair etc at the beginning of the booking process.

 IMPORTANT PRE-BOOKING CONDITIONS.

  • There is no additional hire charge.
  • The lead booker’s card will be authenticated to the value of £10 per guest.
  • No monies are taken, and will not impact your card credit limit. We will only use this authentication in the event of a no show, or cancellation not made before midnight prior to the day of booking or to collect the balance of any spend not collected on the day of the booking.
  • Note cancellation must be made via the very simple cancellation option on the original booking. Emails, phone calls or voicemail will not be deemed as a cancellation.
  • Customers will, therefore, be expected to pay for all their food and drinks either via isaacs.pub or via card terminal on the day of booking. We do not accept cash.
  • Presently, we do not offer table service.
  • All Domes will have a round table. No other options are available.
  • We reserve the right to change/cancel bookings.
